Where are the sessions held?

Sessions are held in a lovely studio in Atwater Village (near Silver Lake on the Eastside of Los Angeles). There is a bathroom available and, for a small extra fee, a steam shower that you are welcome to use before or after a session. Just be aware that shower time would be part of your session in that case. I will provide the address as we get closer to our first session. View images of the studio here.

What payments do you accept?

I accept Venmo for deposit to hold your session time and cash for remainder of payment.

How do I book a session?

Start by contacting me to schedule a 20-minute discovery call on Zoom and if we both want to move forward, we will schedule our first session. To hold the date, you will need to make a 50% deposit via one of the options above. The remainder is due just prior to walking into the session.

Do you offer a sliding scale or any discount pricing?

I believe that we can often find a way to do the things that are most important to us (I see this in my life) AND I also believe that sometimes our resources are limited and we don’t have access to things we want and need. My policy around pricing is a balance between these two beliefs. I want people who need this healing work to have access—and I know the value of what I’m providing and the energy it requires from me. If we determine after a discovery call that there is a fit for working together and you are unable to afford my prices, I’ll ask you to let me know what you are able to pay and I will let you know if that works for me. I do offer a 15% discount for veterans who served active duty.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel after the 24 hours, I will keep the deposit, if you cancel before, I will return it.

If you have an unavoidable circumstance (death in the family, force majeure) I will refund you minus the cost of the facility.

Also, if my articulated boundaries are crossed in a session, I will stop the session and ask you to leave and there will be no refund issued.

What should I bring to a session?

Bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated. If you plan to use the shower, bring a towel. Besides that, just bring an open mind and heart — and a willingness to learn and explore. Leave expectations behind and come curious.

Do I need to have any experience with any of this to do a session?

Absolutely not. You can be a complete beginner in any of the areas I pull from for our sessions. I’m here to guide you. And if you do have some experience, great! You can call on that, but I ask that you still bring a beginner’s mind and a willingness to be taught and led.

What if I’m not spiritual or don’t believe that there’s anything spiritual about this activity?

That’s compltely fine. You don’t need to be. There are many scientific benefits to this work — primarily deep relaxation of the nervous system. There is no doubt that we need touch and connection to feel happy. Nothing we do in the session is overtly spiritual unless you want that. All the practices, including any meditations, are focused on being in your body and experiencing sensation. No interest for or desire for spirituality is required.

What if I am spiritual and want to lean in more to that aspect of the work?

This is welcome. We can have a conversation about some ways to connect more with these aspects in a way that feels authentic for you.

Who do you work with?

I identify as a woman and work with people of all genders, gender identities and sexual orientations. I can step into different energies based on what you need.

What should I wear for our session?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. Ideally dress in layers. Access to skin is important for sensation play. The more skin, the more pleasure. When in session, I’ll invite you to remove as much clothing as you like for our sessions, down to underwear. Again, this all depends on what you are comfortable with. You are welcome to be fully clothed.

Also, if there’s a certain type of clothing you enjoy wearing but don’t feel free to do so in public, you are more than welcome to change into it and wear it when you are with me if it makes you feel free and seen.

What will you wear for our session?

For most sessions I will wear a body suit or tank top and yoga shorts. For two way touch work and sensation play, I make skin available to recieve. To be clearn my yoni (gentials) are not available for touch.

Will you come to me?

No. All sessions are held in the studio in Atwater Village.

I’m in town for the weekend. Can I just do one session?

Sure you can. In that case, I’d recommend the Flow Session or Surrender Session — and in both cases we will tailor to your interests. Just remember that a portion of our time will focus on an overview of the Wheel of Consent and communication around boundaries and desires. That’s required for any first session, even if your first is your last.

Is kissing on the lips a part of the sessions?

No, it’s not.

Is touch to the genitals a part of the sessions?

No, it is not. We welcome them, and feel into sensation and turn on, but there will be no intential direct touch.

Can I bring you a gift or give you a tip?

Tips are not expected, but are welcomed. And if you have desire to bring an actual gift: A few things I enjoy - fresh cut flowers, candles made with essential oils and cermonial grade matcha. Thank you.
