We will explore:
A variety of sensations, pressures, and textures.
Techniques to understand and communicate your preferences for touch.
Elements of The Wheel of Consent to practice giving, receiving, and honoring boundaries.
What to Expect:
Engage in mindfulness practices designed to deepen your presence with yourself and others.
Practice clear and open communication, including giving and receiving feedback and confidently asking for what you want.
Build skills to say "Yes" or "No" to requests with confidence and clarity.
Practice attunement, noticing your partners reactions/responses to touch and responding accordingly.
Participate in guided exploration with respectful partners in a safe, supportive environment.
Optional exploration of light impact play for those who wish to explore this sensation.
Begin with playful experimentation and gradually transition into longer, more intentional sessions of giving and receiving.

There is no nudity at this workshop. We will be working with skin, so dress in layers.
Touching of genitals is not included in this workshop.
The content will remain PG-13 and centered on consent and communication.
The workshop is designed so each participate will work with multiple partners, regardless of gender identity.
